# MVNO ENABLER

Our model enables the creation of an MVNO operator without the need for infrastructure or technical knowledge. We have our own core, with secure infrastructure and redundancy in different data centres.

Mobile enabler model

As a **mobile enabler**, Aire provides operators with everything they need to create their** own MVNO,** without the need for infrastructure or technical resources. **Aire has its own network core, **a consolidated technological infrastructure with high connectivity, and provides operators with a turnkey solution to market mobile telephony services quickly and easily. It also offers customisation, with its own network name (electrical profile), notification services, and ongoing advice through 24/7 technical support.

**The operator will have its own IMSIs, sub-assigned by Aire from the range allocated by the ITU **(International Telecommunication Union) for new MVNOs.

MVNO models

### MVNO PS – Turnkey model

- It has a number range and IMSI sub-assigned through the CNMC.
- It manages the lines with the services and functionalities implemented by Aire on the mobile platform.
- It downloads the CDRs for billing users with their defined rates and bonuses.
- Decides on the commercial portfolio (default parameters, rates, services, retail price, etc.).
- Launches portabilities on its behalf via WS or via WebGUI against the central node.

### MVNO PS – ADVANCED Model

Based on the previous model, but with two differences:

Develops its own applications, services and line usage parameters to a large extent.

Launches portability requests through direct approval against the central node.

### Full OMV

- In this case, the operator has its own technology platform with all the necessary elements to provide mobile service.
- The operator manages rate control, bonuses, consumption, CDR, cuts and automatic notifications on its own platform.
- All other equipment, infrastructure maintenance and licensing, with the exception of the radio access network, which is provided by the OMR.
