Aire has a partner program designed to help them develop their cloud business with specific terms and benefits. ### What does Aire Public Cloud offer?

On-demand infrastructure that allows you to deploy computing, storage, migration, and CDN resources in minutes, paying only for what you use. It is based on OpenStack and features a proprietary orchestrator that simplifies management.

### When should I choose Private Cloud?

Private Cloud is recommended for projects requiring exclusively dedicated resources, without sharing capacity with other clients. It is deployed on bare-metal infrastructure using Proxmox or VMware and offers a stable and predictable monthly cost.

### How does Aire protect backups and business continuity?

Aire offers immutable backups against ransomware and pre-defined, tested Disaster Recovery plans. Recovery can be executed between our two Madrid regions to reinforce service continuity.

### What colocation options does Aire offer?

You can host your own equipment starting from a single rack unit and scale it according to project needs. The service includes integrated connectivity and access to more than twenty proximity data centers across the Peninsula.

### What type of projects is the hosting service designed for?

The hosting service is aimed at projects requiring managed web hosting, without taking on the administration of a full cloud infrastructure.

### Can Aire handle infrastructure operations?

Yes. Through our managed services, our team can handle operations, continuous monitoring, and incident response. This allows the technology partner to expand their capabilities without increasing their team’s operational burden.

### What does the CDN and advanced security service include?

It integrates content delivery and web application protection on the same network. It includes CDN, WAF, bot mitigation, and anti-DDoS protection to improve performance, availability, and security.

### What is the difference between public and private cloud?

In the public cloud, you share an infrastructure divided among multiple clients, pay-as-you-go, and deploy in minutes. In the private cloud, resources are exclusively yours (processor, memory, storage, and networking), there is no sharing with anyone, and the cost is a fixed monthly fee. Public cloud suits fluctuating workloads; private cloud suits constant, demanding workloads like databases or an ERP.

### How do I migrate my clients from Azure, AWS, or an on-premises server?

Through a guided five-step process: we analyze the environment, prepare the source and destination, run a comprehensive simulation, execute an orchestrated cutover, and support you until everything is running smoothly. Test migrations are unlimited and replication is done on the fly, so the service experiences no downtime while the move is prepared.

### Can I combine public cloud, private cloud, and my own equipment in the same project?

Yes, and it is the most common approach. A typical setup places the database in the private cloud, web frontends in the public cloud, backups in immutable repositories, and your existing equipment in colocation—all interconnected by our network and managed from the same dashboard.
