After this period, they will be deleted provided that the user does not exercise any of their legal rights.<\/p><p>No automated decisions will be made, nor will profiling be carried out based on this processing.<\/p><p><strong>What is the legal basis for processing your data?<\/strong><\/p><p>The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is based on the legitimate interest of Aire Networks with the aim of ensuring security at the Entity&#8217;s facilities.<\/p><p><strong>Who has access to your data?<\/strong><\/p><p>The images obtained will only be processed by Aire Networks, as it is responsible for the recording system. However, in cases where it is necessary in order to comply with legal obligations applicable to the data controller, the corresponding data and images may be transferred to the State Security Forces and Corps, as well as to the Courts and Tribunals. <\/p><p>Likewise, the surveillance and\/or security service company contracted by the Entity may also have access to these images, but this will always be done under a prior contract signed by both parties in compliance with the guidelines approved by the authorities in the field of data protection.<\/p><p><strong>What are your rights?<\/strong><\/p><p>In the field of video surveillance, the rights of data subjects must be clarified:<\/p><ul><li>Right of access: You have the right to know what type of data and images we are processing in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the GDPR.<\/li><li>Right of cancellation or deletion: Request the deletion of your image within a maximum period of one month, without prejudice to the aforementioned exception.<\/li><li>Right to restriction of processing: this would apply when the controller is asked to retain the images when the processing of data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of their data and requests instead the restriction of its use, or when the data is no longer needed for the purposes of the processing but the data subject needs it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"> <\/li><\/ul><p>You can exercise the aforementioned rights by contacting AIRE&#8217;s DPO at the following email address: <a href=\"mailto:rgpd@airetech.es\">rgpd@airetech.es<\/a>, or by writing to the following address: C\/ Santiago Ram\u00f3n y Cajal N\u00ba 11, Elche Parque Empresarial, 03203 Elche (Alicante).<\/p><p>You also have the right to lodge any complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which is the Spanish Data Protection Agency, without prejudice to the powers that other regional or supranational entities may have, in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and national legislation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Video surveillance data protection policy Data controller Aire Networks del Mediterr\u00e1neo S.L.U.
