The purpose of this document is to inform candidates about the processing of their data by AIRE NETWORKS DEL MEDITERR\u00c1NEO S.L.U., in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), as well as Organic Law 3\/2018 of December 5 on data protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).<\/p>

1. About the processing of your personal data<\/strong><\/p>

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a living individual. Examples of personal data include name, email address, phone number, and IP address. The processing of personal data is defined as any automated use of personal data, such as the collection, creation, analysis, sharing, and deletion of personal data.
Most of the obligations under the GDPR apply to the so-called data controller. The data controller is the entity that decides for what purposes personal data will be processed and how the processing will be carried out. The data controller may use a so-called data processor, which acts as any supplier with access to personal data. A data processor is an entity that is only authorized to process personal data according to the instructions of the data controller and may not use the personal data for its own purposes.

    2. What type of personal data do we process?<\/strong><\/p>

    • Interview data, assessments, and other recruitment process information \u2013 Such as notes from interviews with you, assessments and tests taken, salary requirements.<\/li>
    • Information in your application \u2013 Such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, references, letters of recommendation, and education.<\/li>
    • Information in your public profile \u2013 This is the information we collect about you from public sources related to your professional experience, such as LinkedIn or the website where you currently work.<\/li>
    • Information provided by references \u2013 This is the information we receive from our employees or partners who refer you to us, or from the people you have listed as your references.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Where do we get your personal data from?<\/strong><\/p>

      • From public sources. We may collect personal data about you from public sources, such as LinkedIn or the website where you currently work. <\/li>
      • From the person for whom you are acting as a reference. If an employee includes you as a reference, we will collect your contact details so that we can get in touch with you. <\/li>
      • Data we create ourselves or in cooperation with you. Information about your application and profile is generally created by us, or in cooperation with you, during the recruitment process. This may include, for example, notes from interviews with you, assessments, and tests taken. <\/li><\/ul>

        4. For what purposes do we process your personal data?<\/strong><\/p>

        Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to your job application and selecting personnel for this job offer, or other positions offered by Aire. To this end, non-automated profiles may be created in order to select the best candidate for the position. <\/p>

        In this context, we may use your data to communicate with you, answer questions, analyze your CV, find a suitable position, and arrange interviews.<\/p>

        Los datos personales proporcionados ser\u00e1n conservados durante el tiempo necesario para tramitar su solicitud y, como m\u00e1ximo, durante el plazo de un a\u00f1o. Transcurrido dicho plazo los datos se eliminar\u00e1n en caso de que no desees seguir en nuestra base de datos para comunicarte posibles vacantes que se puedan adecuar a tu perfil. <\/p>

        5. What is the legal basis for processing your data?<\/strong><\/p>

        The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the execution of pre-contractual measures based on your application to participate in the selection process.<\/p>

        Likewise, if you have checked the boxes enabled for this purpose, your data may be processed based on your consent given for each of the purposes described.<\/p>

        6. Who has access to your data?<\/strong><\/p>

        The data provided will be processed solely by the data controller and, where necessary, communicated in order to comply with legal obligations, such as to the competent authorities.<\/p>

        Likewise, the recipients will also be the suppliers with whom it is necessary to contract a service, but this will always be done with contracts and guarantees subject to the models approved by the data protection authorities.<\/p>

        Likewise, your data may be communicated to companies in the group for internal administrative purposes or similar selection processes.
        No international data transfers to third countries outside the EEA are envisaged, as our servers are hosted in the EU.<\/p>

        7. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?<\/strong><\/p>

        Right of access.<\/strong>
        You have the right to know what data we are processing and the characteristics of the processing we are carrying out, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the GDPR. You also have the right to receive a copy of the data we process about you.
        Right of erasure.<\/strong>
        Right to request the erasure of your personal data when the processing is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
        Right to object to our processing of your personal data.<\/strong>
        You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest or for purposes for which you have previously given your consent at any time without this causing any harm.
        Right of rectification.<\/strong>
        Right to request the modification and correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate, untrue, or out of date.         We update this privacy policy when necessary, for example, because we start processing your personal data in a new way, because we want the information to be even clearer for you, or if it is necessary to do so to comply with current data protection laws.<\/p>
