Similarly, this responsibility shall extend to those persons who have provided the aforementioned information. <\/p><p><strong>What personal data do we process?<\/strong><\/p><p>The types of data that we may process in our capacity as a customer are detailed below:<\/p><ul><li><u>Identification and contact details<\/u>: such as name and surname, ID number, tax ID number, postal address, email, telephone number, age, nationality, and image\/voice.<\/li><li>Traffic, browsing, and location data: to provide you with connectivity, data associated with voice or message traffic, navigation data associated with data traffic, and data relating to the geographical position of the mobile line, specifically, the identifier of the antenna to which the communication is associated, or the data provided by the installation and\/or use of our mobile applications, when you have authorized this in the application settings.<\/li><li>Data relating to the contracting of products or services: such as line portability movements, device or equipment characteristics, such as brand, model, or IMEI.<\/li><li><u>Economic and financial data:<\/u> such as bank account number, bank details, or credit and debit card details to process the corresponding payment depending on the products and services contracted.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?<\/strong><\/p><p>Your personal data is processed <strong>on the basis of pre-contractual or contractual performance<\/strong> for the following purposes:<\/p><ul><li>To manage the contracting of products and services in order to formalize your registration as a customer.
